Our Centre is a sacred space for all seeking a holistic approach to wellness. We offer a variety of services including Reiki, Hypnotherapy,
Massage, Sound Journey Meditation, Shamanic Journey Meditation, Yoga, including Somatic Yoga, Chiropractor, Acupuncture, Holistic Classes and Self-Care Workshops. When you visit, our goal is to make you feel at home, and when you leave we hope you feel at peace. Our services are by appointment only.
