As a Brand Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and maintenance of brand performance dashboards, providing valuable insights, and making informed recommendations for brand tactics. You will also be responsible for supporting brand planning and maintenance, assisting with artwork creation, and performing various administrative tasks to support brand management activities. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual with a passion for marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

 

This is a hybrid position, which will require you to come into the office as required.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

Brand Performance Analysis:

  • Utilize various data sources, including syndicated data and internal data, to analyze brand performance and uncover key insights.
  • Develop and maintain brand performance dashboards to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend effective tactics to enhance brand performance.

 

Brand Support and Planning

  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to support the planning and execution of marketing strategies.
  • Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of brand positioning, messaging, and target audience definition.

 

Artwork Creation Form, Routing, and Proofing

  • Support Brand Managers in the development and creation of brand artwork and marketing collateral.
  • Manage the routing and proofing process for marketing assets to ensure accuracy and brand compliance.
  • Enter and organize digital assets for easy accessibility and retrieval.

 

New Item Launch Support

  • Assist in the planning and execution of new product launches, ensuring smooth and successful introductions to the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage new product launches and product changes.
  • Ensure project timelines are met, and all stakeholders are informed of progress.

 

Claim Catalog Support and Development

  • Support the development and maintenance of claim catalogs for branded products.
  • Collaborate with regulatory and legal teams to ensure compliance with advertising and labeling regulations.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed above are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum one year of experience in marketing or brand management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with a passion for marketing and brand management.
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to effectively and professionally communicate across functional groups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive, and flexible. Must be able to work interactively and proactively with internal and external parties at all levels.
  • Resourceful and creative problem solver.
  • Strong organizational, time management, detail orientation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be a self-starter and independent thinker with the ability to quickly react to situations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work on multiple tasks and/or projects at once with minimal assistance within a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficient with MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

BENEFITS & SALARY

The Jel Sert Company is committed to pay transparency and will provide further compensation information during the interview process. The minimum compensation for the Brand Coordinator is $54,628. Compensation is determined by a candidate's experience, education, skills, training, and internal equity within our organization. Actual compensation will be determined upon an offer. WORK ENVIRONMENT

A hybrid home office environment, with the requirement to come into headquarters as required, and travel up to 20%.

Exposure to allergens within the production facility and laboratory for testing samples or final formulations.
