Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced concrete resurfacing and epoxy flooring installer to join our team. You will be responsible for installations in residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, knowledge of different flooring techniques, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. We also offer competitive compensation and benefits. Pay rate of $20+/hour dependent upon experience.
Responsibilities:
- Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
- Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
- Proper use of equipment and materials
- Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets
- Input timely hours
Requirements:
- Previous experience in epoxy concrete coating installation
- Familiarity with various hand tools used in flooring installation
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines
- Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Authorized to work in the United States
