Picture West Chicago is an ametuer photo contest for patrons in the West Chicago Library District. Each quarter we will assign a subject or theme to photograph. Photos may be taken with a phone or camera but may not be edited or touched up (other than cropping). We will display one photo per person (anonymously) in the Adult Services Department at the library so patrons can vote for their favorite! Each quarter's winner will be announced on the library's social media and featured in the library for the remainder of the month.
Participants will gain tips and tools to explore how to move beyond fragmented informal decision-making and disconnected initiatives toward an integrated operating model supported by strong governance, cross-functional alignment, and execution discipline.
