Navigating Non-Competes: Enforceability & Recent Changes to Illinois - HR Training
The landscape of non-compete law in the U.S. is constantly changing, with many states passing legislation to ban or severely limit the enforcement of non-competes for certain workers. This presentation will provide an introduction to non-compete and non-solicitation clauses, as well as components of the Illinois Freedom to Work Act that relate to the enforcement of these agreements.
