The Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is a federal agency that ensures safe and healthy working conditions for all United States workers.

The mission of OSHA is to save lives, prevent injuries and protect the health of America’s workers. The OSHA Act states that workers have the right to a safe workplace and that it is the employer’s responsibility to provide safe and healthy workplaces.

With over 15 years of experience in safety management, Monica is a highly qualified and dedicated safety professional specializing in construction and general industry safety. Holding a Master’s degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Monica is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and OSHA-authorized trainer, committed to fostering safe and compliant work environments.
Throughout her career, Monica has provided comprehensive safety training and consultation, ensuring that organizations meet regulatory standards while prioritizing employee well-being. As a certified First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor, Monica is passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge and skills to respond to emergency situations effectively.
Dedicated to continuous improvement and promoting a culture of safety, Monica brings both technical expertise and a strong commitment to reducing risks and preventing injuries in the workplace.
