You don't want to miss this exciting networking mixer that will feature an exhibit on one of Rock & Roll's most recognized band, the Beatles! Republic Bank will be our proud hosts and provide guest with incredible & delicious Hors D'oeuvres, Buffet Station, Dessert Station, and a Bar providing both alcohol & non-alcohol drinks.

Menu will be:
Passed hors d ‘oeuvres -

• Chicken Quesadilla Cones - flavorful ground chicken, cheese, cilantro, and a southwest spice blend presented in a flour tortilla cone.
• Beef Empanada - Savory beef is mixed with olives, raisins, and spices in our flaky pastry dough.
• Adobo Pineapple Carnitas Flatbread - Pork carnitas mixed with a pineapple adobo sauce topped with queso fresco and chopped cilantro on a thin flatbread.
• Brazilian Steakhouse Skewer - Succulent pieces of beef marinated in garlic, lime juice & a touch of chipotle are accented by sweet onion, smoky poblano and red bell pepper.
• Artichoke Beignets – this is a vegetarian item that everyone loves.

Buffet Station-

• Tortilla chips, red & green salsa, Guacamole, corn & black bean salsa
• Mexican Shrimp Cocktail w/crackers & chips

Dessert Station-

• Assorted Churros – plain, cajeta, strawberry
• Assorted mini sweets to the churros for dessert
